Today I got a RADS Error in League of Legends (LOL) under Windows 10:
Could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check that your Internet connection is enabled an that your firewall is not blocking access.
Solution
Run League of Legends as a admin user and it works
(Right click -> Run as admin)
